Terms and Conditions

General terms:

• Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping.
• Custom items require a deposit (discussed prior to payment) to cover materials and show that you are serious about purchasing the piece.
• We reserve the right to refuse to make a custom piece.
• Custom items will be adjusted for up to 90 days from the date of receipt. Shipping for adjustments will be split between buyer and PHW. Consultations of the item's fit will be arranged and completed before any adjustment is done.
• Full payment for custom items is expected within 30 days of the work's completion and notification to the buyer. Refusal of payment for any reason will forfeit the deposit and leave the piece to be sold by PHW at any price to another party.
• Comments left on the site are your opinion: we reserve the right remove them for foul language, hate speech, or other common terms deemed offensive.
